Are you Sydney based?

Yes, our office is in Sydney, but we supply national and also international companies too.

Do you offer an embroidery and/or printing service?

Yes, we use experienced printers and embroiderers so your logo will always look professional.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, we can also cater for small orders. Caps attract a minimum order quantity of 25 units per run.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes, we will gladly pass on any discount we receive from our suppliers.

Do you offer an alteration service?

No, unfortunately our factory can’t assist with this.

Do you cater for all sizes?

Yes, our main manufacturer offer a wide size range.

What is your delivery time frame?

Usually, if all the garments are in stock, the first order requires approximately 3-4 weeks (we need the logo set up to be approved before we embroider or print anything). Re-order delivery times thereafter are much quicker and will depend on stock availability and the embroiderer and printer’s workload at the time of order.

What is your return policy?

If there is a factory fault with the garment, it will be replaced immediately within the first four weeks after delivery.
